Returns & Refunds Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

2. Conditions for Return

Items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Be in resalable condition

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Goods must be:
• As described
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose

If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

You are entitled to:
• A replacement
• Or a full refund (including standard postage costs)

4. Personalised Items

Personalised or custom items are non-refundable unless faulty.
